“Teatro Congressi Pietro d'Abano” is a structure that offers different type and size spaces for meetings, receptions, exhibitions, and catered events.

Its “Sala Pietro d'Abano” presents a large platform that can host a conference table and a retractable screen; but most importantly, the location has a separate entrance, with a separate entrance hall and dedicated reception desk. The Foyer and the “Area della Fonte”, on the ground floor, are available for catering services like coffee breaks and light lunches.

“Teatro Congressi Pietro d'Abano” consists of different halls and areas. The “Sala Plenaria” has a 9m-wide and 4m-deep platform/stage, where it is possible to arrange another large platform or “salon/sitting area” for 10 people. It also disposes of a 6:3 retractable screen, a control room, and booths for simultaneous translators and interpreters.
The areas outside of the actual hall – corridors, galleries, and foyer on the ground floor – lend themselves as exhibition and refreshment spaces for coffee breaks and cocktails. The theater’s “Area della Fonte”, right beside the “Sala Plenaria”, can host up to 200 people for light lunch buffets and up to 80 people for seated lunches and dinners. The “Foyer delle Terme” on the ground floor is available for dinners, galas, and business lunches with over 400 guests. This hall disposes of a central reception table, a secretarial office, and a cloakroom. The spacious “Foyer delle Terme” can also become an exhibition, recreation, and refreshment area.
The “Area della Fonte” can be used for workshops or exhibitions, meetings for 30 to 180 people, or can be divided into subcommittee rooms that can each host 15 – 30 – 60 people. The “Sala Petrarca” and “Sala Mantegna” on the second floor can also be used as organizing secretarial offices, session rooms, small conference rooms, and press rooms.
